Overview
Lincolnshire County Pool Association has to take into account the likes and needs of all, with this is mind; the following rules must be adhered to for the benefit of all concerned.

Lincolnshire County Pool Association reserves the right to remove any/all material which it considers to be inappropriate and have the right to ban the perpetrator or suspend their account. It is expressly forbidden to post material which is pornographic, offensive, defamatory, harassing, infringing, factually incorrect or otherwise unlawful or illegal, or to post material(s) that is/are in any way contrary to accepted morality and behaviour.

The material contained in the Discussion Forums is submitted by the general public, and is for discussion purposes only. Lincolnshire County Pool Association cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the information, or other content found on this forum.

Lincolnshire County Pool Association has the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary. This is a manual process, however, so please realise that we may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately.

You agree, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violates any law. You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyrighted material is owned by you. Although we do not and cannot review the messages posted and are not responsible for the content of any of these messages, we reserve the right to delete any message for any reason whatsoever. You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless with respect to any claim based upon transmission of your message(s).

No Racism, sexism or homophobia
Members may not post messages that are racist, sexist or homophobic - this is without exceptions. Any post deemed to have racist, sexist, homophobic content shall result in an immediate deletion of the post. Further action may be taken as seen appropriate by Lincolnshire County Pool Association including permanent ban of the post instigator.

No Swearing
There shall be no swearing. This rule is there to keep the forum friendly and is expected to be adhered to. Any post that has swearing will be edited and the post instigator can expect to be banned for a period of time. If the swearing continues then a permanent ban may be considered.

No indecent material
No media containing male or female nudity or containing indecent sounds or gestures can be attached to any post, this also extends to signatures and avatars. If such media is found then the post instigator will be banned for a period of time and the post. signature or avatar deleted. A permanent ban will considered if this continues. This also includes no linking to external sites that contain material that is considered unacceptable.

Please note that using the forum to advertise a company or companies is expressly forbidden without the written consent of the Lincolnshire County Pool Association. The appearance of an advert does not mean that we endorse the advertiser's goods or services.
