k/o finalits a pity that other teams let us down but thanks to crows nest who even with a weakened team, provided a great final.
Kirkstead defending their title went 7-2 up after the first session ,then 12 -6 after the second. Kirkstead continuing to bring the youngsters through then were 16-11 up but in the last session the crows nest led by the ever reliable glen blewitt brought it back to 18 -16 until paddy prince held it together to win the match.
4 0ut of 4 for callum prince and steve wilyman were the pick of the kirkstead lads whilst glen and mick mccarthey led the crows nest.
can kirkstead make it 3 out of 3 next year and will they travel to yarmouth with a team of youngsters -watch this space!!!
