Lincolnshire County Pool Association accepts no responsibility for any aspects (for example quality or delivery) of any goods or services tendered on this forum, or by way of notice from this forum.
Any agreement entered into is the sole responsibility of the individuals (or individual’s parent/guardian for persons under 18 years of age) involved in the agreement and Lincolnshire County Pool Association accept no responsibility for any material or financial loss resulting from entering into such an agreement.
It is expected that the buyer and seller make every effort to fulfil any agreements for sale of goods or services.
It is strongly advised that persons under the age of 18 seek advice from a parent or guardian before entering into any agreement to buy or sell goods or services on this forum.
Any goods tendered should be legally owned by the seller, or the seller has the consent of the legal owner of the goods to tender them for sale.
Any person who is known, or suspected, to be tendering stolen goods in this forum will be permanently banned from the forum and reported to the relevant authorities.
